Whether you jog two miles after work, are a hard-core runner training for your next half-marathon, a die-hard golfer, or a mile-fifty weekend cyclist who is currently frustrated by an injury that just won’t seem to heal on its own, then YOU ARE LOOKING IN THE RIGHT PLACE FOR HELP and this is likely to be the most IMPORTANT message you will read since being injured.

Despite how long you may have been frustrated by your lack of progress, please know that what you’ve got is unlikely to be anything more serious than what I have seen in my years of working on Professional and Olympic Athletes.
