Suffering from lower back pain for some time, found it was 2 different issues, both long term injuries that I wasn't aware of how they happened. Intecore Physical Therapy - Bremerton Clinic, worked me through a series of exercises to get me back on track and gave me some skills to better manage the discomfort when it flairs up.  Much better deal than surgery.  The staff is great, friendly, but are Task Masters to keep you on track.

When I first came to Intecore my legs ached and hurt so badly to the point of crying no matter what I did; sitting, standing, lying down, and stairs were especially difficult. The amazing therapists and assistants taught me to walk up and down stairs and multiple stretches to help strengthen my muscles. I also was having problems with sciatica and with the muscle massaging, realigning of hips, and exercising/stretches both these issues were resolved and I feel amazing. I can sit, stand, and do stairs all with no pain. I am grateful and appreciate these people very much. They are very compassionate, patient, caring, and helpful - and that means every person there. The front desk, office, therapists, and assistants. I will gladly come back in the future if I ever need to. They make you feel important and like you are part of the Intecore family.

This is about the 5th time I've received PT with Intecore Physical Therapy. What brought me to PT this time around was needing physical therapy post total shoulder replacement on my right side. Through PT I have been able to regain mobility and strength post-surgery. The team here is amazing and I'm sure I will need PT again, they are always the first place I will go to receive care!
